How to Bake a Perfect Life will be in stores in 4 short days (Tuesday!), and in honor of that date, I’m going to start giving things away. This is the first one, a sourdough crock and either fresh or dried (you choose) starter from King Arthur flour. To win, just post to the comments and I’ll draw a name tomorrow morning.
Good luck!

Am I too late?

I can’t wait for the new book! Looking forward!
Love sourdough. I use to do it when I lived in Alaska. My Alaska Sourdough cookbook is worn out, and I need a sourdough crock so I can get it going again.
When I got married the breakfast that day was far more important to me than the lavish buffet at the Santa Barbara Biltmore after the wedding. My grandmother brought some of her sourdough starter from their home on the Oregon coast and made pancakes with her homemade boysenberry syrup for the wedding party. I can still see the autumn sun shining through the crystal jug of purple-black syrup and the taste of those sweet-tart pancakes … mmmmm.
Sour dough–yum! Can’t wait to read the new book, Barbara.
Can’t wait to read your new novel
I am also counting the days! Merry Christmas early.
Can’t wait!
Just THE thing that my kitchen needs for my sourdough beasties: a beastie flat!!!
