On my travels and discoveries, I have often become inspired by chefs and restaurants I have visited to include certain foods in my books. The characters and themes of my books are largely into cooking and food discovery, including research, just like I am. So these recipes I’ve put together are inspired by the books I’ve written combined with my own personal experiences.
Food is such an important texture in our life. We celebrate with it, draw memories from certain food experiences, and develop acquired tastes with time and sampling.
